Lisa is a well-respected Wellness Educator, Motivational Speaker, Tai Chi expert and national 2008 Gold Medalist. Competing in the USAWKF, United States Wushu Kung Fu Federation, she won the title of being the 2nd highest ranked female in the U.S. Her competitive rankings also placed her to compete internationally.
